McNeil Engineering was proud to work on the Cable Mountain Lodge Project, a multiple two-story hotel building site. We provided structural engineering design services to help the Cable Mountain Lodge meet the updated International Building code and to help the Lodge meet the seismic design category D, which is one of the highest-rated categories in the country.
We incorporated the use of a prefabricated truss roof system. We were challenged by large overhangs of the roof and by incorporating rough lumber to match the Lodge surroundings. The project was a success, and we enjoyed working on it!
