Sandy City, Utah, was interested in creating a neighborhood park that would benefit the whole community. McNeil Engineering helped create Creekside Park, a small park that continues to be enjoyed by neighbors and the community at large.
This project was unique as it had a strict budget, utilizing funds from a grant awarded through the Natural Resources Conservations Services, and a list of asks from the community including a new walking trail, playground, climbing wall, perimeter fencing and shaded seating all within the natural surroundings. Our design team was heavily involved during the entire process from the pre-bid meeting to the final inspection of the beautiful Creekside Park we have today.
