General Growth Properties undertook a decade-long project with the Fashion Place Mall in Murray, Utah, starting in 2005 and continuing into 2016. McNeil Engineering assisted the efforts by providing all the surveying and civil engineering needed for the reconstruction as well as expansion of the mall properties. This included different designs for plazas, sidewalks and parking lots, as well as grading, drainage and water systems for the mall. Completed, the mall includes one MILLION square feet of retail space!
