McNeil Engineering recently worked on the Oquirrh Mt. Marketplace commercial project in South Jordan, Utah. We were involved in this project in many different ways! First, we assisted with all of the on-site engineering, which included designs of the grading features, sanitary systems, and water systems. We also devised all the designs for the much-needed widening of nearby public roads to accommodate increased traffic. When this project is completed, the retail and restaurant space will span over 127,000 square feet!
