Did you know that we do roof consulting and assessments? On one of our past projects, we were asked to do a roof assessment on six buildings for the University Village student housing complex. Each building was multiple stories high and required us to use a mechanical lift and extra safety equipment during our assessments.
We completed plans and design specifications as part of the project so that University Village could ultimately replace the falling shingles on the buildings. We then helped monitor the removal of the shingles and the new roofing install, ensuring all the students were cared for, as the buildings were being lived in during the entire project.
